5th Annual Recovery Run – Ogdensburg, NY

Each year, we celebrate September as National Recovery Month. We come together in September to promote and support our Recovery community. We strive to spread awareness that recovery is not only possible, it’s within reach. Our annual Recovery River Run is a platform for our collective voice as we celebrate and promote recovery in St. Lawrence County. And we need your help.

We’re seeking local businesses, organizations, and individuals to sponsor our event. Every dollar donated is used to help make this event possible. Donations are used directly to cover the cost of event gear, water for participants, and other event-specific items.

This year, we are asking for sponsors at three levels:

$100 Bronze Level Sponsorship: Your business name is printed on our event shirts.
$200 Silver Level Sponsorship: Your business logo is printed on our event shirts.
$300 Gold Level Sponsorship: Your business logo is printed on our event shirts and bags.

Donations of any value are greatly appreciated and do not go unnoticed. Each donation will be recognized on our social media pages, on event graphics, and in radio promotions.

Donations can be made via cash, check, or card. Cash and check donations can be mailed or dropped off directly at our office, or a member of our team can pick them up. Donations made using a credit card are on the Survey Monkey. Checks are made payable to: Seaway Valley Prevention Council.
In addition to donations, we’re happy to include promotional or informational handouts in our participants’ bags. Bags from previous years have included brochures, coupons, business pens, and more.

Lastly, we encourage you to attend the Recovery River Run. Everyone is welcome! We intend to make it a memorable event for our local community. This year’s event will happen on Saturday, September 13th, 2025, at the Bridge and Port Authority Field at 1 Bridge Plaza in Ogdensburg, NY. Registration begins at 9:30 am, and the run will begin at 10:00 am.
