The 7th Annual Ogdensburg Trunk or Treat will be offered Saturday, Oct. 19, from 5-7 p.m. at the corner of State and Washington St., Ogdensburg. It is located in the parking lots of the hosts, Community Health Center of the North Country and Seaway Valley Prevention Council. Children are welcome to wear a costume to the free family night out.
