The Potsdam Food Co-op in Potsdam NY will host Canton Apples for a Hard Cider Tasting Saturday, May 17, 3 – 6 p.m. Canton Apples is a local orchard, cider house, farm stand and farm, that utilizes regenerative agricultural methods to improve soil health, water cycling and biodiversity.
