Gouverneur Trick or Treat

The annual Gouverneur Trick or Treat will be held Friday, Oct. 24 at the Gouverneur Fairgrounds from 6-8 p.m. The event is hosted by Seaway Valley Prevention Council and Community Health Center of the North Country.
