Ham & Scalloped Potato Dinner

A ham and scalloped potato dinner will be served at Norfolk Hepburn Library, 1 Hepburn St., at 4 p.m. The menu also macaroni and cheese, a vegetable, roll and dessert for $15. Dine-in or take-out. Preorders at 315-262-4329.
