Heuvelton Amvets Chicken BBQ

Heuvelton Amvets Post 1997, 107 State St., will host its annual chicken barbecue on Aug. 31 starting at 2 p.m. after the Heuvelton Labor Day Parade. $15 per meal. Dine in or take out, delivery in the village. Pre-orders by Sunday, Aug. 31 at 11 a.m. by calling 315-344-7962. Menu: half chicken, salt potatoes, baked beans, pickles, rolls and desserts.
