Seaway Festival Friday

The annual Seaway Festival on Friday will feature a concert with Sister Cinnamon at 4:30, Another Fine Mess at 7, Full Bone on the main stage atv 8:30, followed by the Seaway Festival Fireworks Spectacular over the St. Lawrence River at Library Park at 9:45 p.m.
