DESCRIPTION:Join Us in Supporting Local Food PantriesOur Community Food Drives bring together partners across the North Country to ensure families have access to food\, especially during the summer months when the need is greatest. \nJune 17\, 2026 at Potsdam Walmart\nSupporting St. Lawrence County pantries \nAcross the North Country\, about 1 in 6 people experience food insecurity\, and for children\, it’s even higher at 1 in 5. \nFor many working families\, the summer months bring added pressure as school meals are no longer available and grocery costs continue to rise. \nThat’s where our community can make a meaningful difference. \nWays to Get Involved\nThere are many ways to support local families through our Community Food Drives.  However you’re able to show up\, it matters. \n\nPartner with us as a sponsor or make a financial contribution to support the purchase of high-need items\nHost a collection box at your place of business\nVolunteer with your team for an hour or two at one of our events\nDonate non-perishable food or personal care items on the day of the drive\nSpread the word and help build community support
